Sleep Cycle is a simple time calculator that makes it easy to manage sleep cycles, so that you wake up well-rested. The calculations are based on findings from scientific studies that show the human brain sleeps in cycles of approximately 90 minutes, with the end of each cycle being the best time to wake up well-rested.
Sleep Cycle works in three modes:
- Fixed Wake-up: Allows you to set your desired time to wake up, and suggests the optimal times to go to sleep based on your selection.
- Fixed Bedtime: Similar to above, but instead specifying the time you're going to bed, listing the optimal times to wake up.
- Sleep Now: When you're feeling tired and want to go to bed right away, this mode will display the best times to set your alarm clock to, based on your device's current time.
All three modes can automatically configure your Android alarm clock to the selected time.
